Emmanuel Gueit, the original designer of the now famous Royal Oak Offshore put his up at auction a few months ago and it commanded a whopping 102,500. His was # 39.

All original AP Beast models have now solidified themselves in history and upped in value incredibly. It is very challenging to find one with all original therban pushers, micro-tapisserie blue dial, bracelet, original AP Octogonal box, and matching papers. Almost every example out there has replacement parts.

This specimen happens to be one of those rare all original pieces under the first 1000 produced. D-Serial and in exquisite condition. According to pricing guides this one can hold 42,000 - 45,000 in collector value, and will probably only keep going up.

This timepiece is in all original and excellent condition - 9.8 out of 10. It was kept in rotation among other high-end luxury timepieces, and cared for dearly. There is a small bit of patina that can be seen on the dial which is due to the fact that all of the parts are original from 1997. This was a special request I had to place with Audemars Piguet as to not replace any parts.
